About Us

The Devonport Business Association is a not-for-profit volunteer group of like minded business people who get together to promote Devonport.

Our mission is:
To support local business by seeking to promote, enliven and improve the area for the benefit of local business and the community.

This website has been developed by volunteers in the Devonport Business Association in conjunction with a great team of students from AUT.

It is an information site about our Village and it is designed to bring together business and community interests.

Funding for this website, and some of the events in the Village, comes directly from our members, advertising promotions we organise, and Council and Community Board grants.

We welcome new members and encourage all members to become involved and assist committee in their efforts.

Generally the DBA meetings are held on the first Monday of every month at 5.30pm in the library seminar room. Every other month the meetings are open forum and we would love to see you there.
